Converts binary values to the octal equivalent.

Describe your change:

  • Add an algorithm?
  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?

Checklist:

could you rename bin_to_octal to bin_to_octal.py

My meaning is rename file bin_to_octal to bin_to_octal.py using below git command

git mv bin_to_octal bin_to_octal.py
