Automated PR for new release!

This fixes the client so that if a temporary debug terminal is in use
that it will be focused instead of the session terminal when debugging.

@SeeminglyScience since we're doing a hotfix release with a cherry-picked commit, I think once the release is out that I will need to manually merge main into the release branch, push the merge to this PR, and then merge that back to main. But the release needs to be published first so that GitHub puts the tag in the right place.

LGTM!

Conflicts had to be manually resolved mostly via `git checkout --theirs`
as we cherry-picked a patch to a previous release.
