UC Mode slow to start and detected if using an authenticated proxy in headless mode on Chrome 117+

As the title suggests, a lot of things need to happen for this issue to happen.

This was resolved in 4.18.7 - https://github.com/seleniumbase/SeleniumBase/releases/tag/v4.18.7
