• Tag 0.12.0. This will publish artefacts to Sonatype and GitHub Release
• Merge branch 0.12.x into master
• Look at the 0.13 Milestone and reschedule what's still open to the next milestone
• Create branch 0.13.x from master
• On 0.13.x, set baseVersion to 0.13.0-RC1
• Tag 0.13.0-RC1. This will publish artefacts to Sonatype and GitHub Release
• On master, set baseVersion to 0.14.0
• Add release notes to the GitHub Release
• Update scalaVersion (and, if applicable, the sbt-dotty version) in the example projects

@biboudis You forgot to push the tag for 0.13.0-RC1, I just did it.

The release failed to publish because the CI failed because the community-build projects use dottyLatestNightlyBuild which tries to get a nightly from dotty_0.14 which does not exist yet. Olivier is going to fix this, we'll merge the fix in the 0.13.x branch, and change the 0.13.0-RC1 tag to point to the new commit.
