Problems with opening some pull requests

Hi. I have problems with open some pull requests in mobile application. For example, pr deckhouse/deckhouse#13339 can not be opened. "Try again" button does not help me.

But the most another pr's opened without problems.

Probably, bug was added after 1.162.0 version. On 1.162.0 pull request open without problems.

That problem usually happens in the mobile app when the PR is very large or complex, or if there is a specific bug in the current version of the app. I recommend you to try the following:

1. Open the PR directly from the browser (there is an option in the app for that).

2. Update the GitHub app to the latest version.

If the problem persists, try logging out and logging back in, or reinstalling the app.

I tried to update to new version (i thought that i already had it) - problem pesist.

I tried to open pr from browser to app (i hoped that i understood you right) - problem persist.

Log out and login i did not try. At this moment it is hard for me :-) my laptop far away from me.

As you have already tried updating the application and opening the PR in the browser, I suggest you follow these steps:
(if you can't authenticate because your laptop is far away maybe this won't help much), but I'll still tell you....

• Try logging out and logging back in, even if your laptop is far away, try it from your mobile. Sometimes it can solve session problems.
• Clear the cache and app data, but only if you can authenticate. This can help with PR loading problems if you haven't tried it yet.
• Check the app permissions, make sure it has all the necessary permissions (network access, storage, etc.).
• Try on another device, if you can, try to open the PR on another device to see if it is device specific.
• Even, as a last resort, use another internet network, instead of wifi data or another network.

I know these steps are a bit obvious, but if I were in that situation I would do everything to see, just to rule it out.

Hm. It is strange. I found my old samsung and github app was installed on it. But i had version 1.162.0 and pull request was opened successfully. Next, i updated to latesg version from google play 1.208.0 and pull request did not open, after update. Probably, beetwen version 1.162.0 and 1.208.0 was added bug. @arcibyte thank you for your ideas, but i do not understand how i can pay attention to developers. Maybe, do i need to add this information to original disscusion topic?

Yeah, sounds like a regression introduced between 1.162.0 and 1.208.0. Definitely worth reporting.

To get the devs' attention, the best move is to open an issue directly on the GitHub Mobile Community. Just include the version numbers you tested, what worked in the old version, and what broke in the new one. You can also link back to this discussion if you want.

That way the maintainers can track it properly, reproduce the bug, and (hopefully) fix it in a future release.

Repo not found by your link :-( and i did not find any repos with mobile in github organization. I think, i will resolve this discussion and will create new with regression description.
