Thanks for reporting this. I use my own custom colour theme and had to rewire a few things by hand. That weirdness is likely caused by

php.vim/syntax/php.vim

, e.g., @-param types are highlighted as Type.

I'll try installing your theme and making a few adjustments. We should probably link everything inside /** */ to Comment instead.
